Welcome to Supernova API. By accessing or using Supernova API (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any law or regulation.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

4. API usage and limits

Access to the Service may be subject to usage limits and quotas. Supernova API may modify these limits or suspend access when limits are exceeded. Misuse of the API, including excessive requests or violations of fair use, may result in termination of access.

5. Fees and payments

Some features require payment. You agree to pay applicable fees described in your pricing plan. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

Content, graphics, logos, and code provided by Supernova API are the property of Supernova API or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the API in accordance with these terms.

7. Termination

Supernova API may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Supernova API does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Supernova API will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Fulfilment policies

Refund policy

Payments for the Service are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. No refund or credit is provided for partial use or unused subscription time. For a disruption or error caused by Supernova API, we may provide credits at our discretion.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations do not receive a prorated refund.

Return policy

The Service is digital and does not include physical goods, so physical returns do not apply.

Delivery policy

The Service is delivered digitally. Access is generally available after account activation and payment. Report access delays to support@supernovaapi.com.
